The customer service provided by the staff was excellent, with the added bonus of having breakfast packed for my temple trip. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The pool exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, unlike some other hotels in the region. The location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet road but still within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I was even upgraded to a family room with a shower and bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

We had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in the heart of Siem Reap. The hotel exuded a luxurious resort-like ambiance, and our spacious and beautifully decorated room showcased the rich Khmer heritage. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel truly welcome, from the warm airport pickup to the refreshing lemongrass and honey drink upon arrival. We enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool and soaked up the afternoon sunshine on the swings under the trees. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for our Angkor Wat sunrise trip. we highly recommend this fantastic boutique villa for an unforgettable stay in Siem Reap.

The free cocktail on arrival was delicious and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the hotel. The location was great, just a short ride away from the centre and night market. The complimentary breakfast was good and the pool was a nice touch where we spent most of our time.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival and the bathroom had a strong odor. There were no towels provided for the pool and the staff were not very helpful when we asked for some.

my stay at the villa was amazing. the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome right from the start. the spacious and clean room, along with the small pool, provided a relaxing haven. the hotel bar/restaurant was great too. overall, it exceeded my expectations and was a great hotel for the price.

The bathroom drainage could be improved.

The pool was nice for a refreshing dip and the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions to the city center. The room we were given had a comfortable bed and the towels provided were clean. We appreciated the location, close to local restaurants and bars.

The room did not meet the standards advertised online. We were disappointed to find out that the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to access some websites, which is not ideal when traveling for business.

Located outside of the main area, this hotel provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuk Tuk rides to the market area and Pub Street are available for a reasonable fee. The spacious rooms are well-furnished, and staff is helpful and accommodating.
